Preparation and setup: Use preselected dry specimens so students can operate independently without slide prep.
Independent work: A genuine lab experience students rarely get in a normal classroom.
Storage and reset: Teacher resets specimens; no wet samples near electronics unless supervised.
Lesson flow: Teach the setup and visual routine first, then open as a rotating station when students can begin, work, and clean up independently.
Safety and cleanup: Follow the teacher notes and supervise any activity marked Teacher-supported.
